Job Description Foremen are expected to run a daily maintenance route while in charge of a crew of 3-5 employees. Daily tasks include pruning, mowing, watering, trimming, and cleanup. Bilingual a must. We are looking for someone with a take-charge, friendly personality. We require a minimum of 5 years experience. During the winter months, if available, you may be asked to plow snow. Snow plow experience a plus.
